Goth returns

Since I'm having some obvious trouble with being in the sun we can naturally only travel by night, so now the baby BatBrat 's are sleeping in the backseat and I enjoy the ride home as my pretty companion drives the carriage.
A BatBrat can only stay away for so long.
The blood always tastes better at home.

Goth in nature

My trip to Kalmar (where my mum and her husband lives, and my uncle O lives with his family 1 house down, and my grandpa Harry lives 3 houses down) have been fab. This morning we all went the 100 meters down to the beach and my pretty husband and TeeBee and Fairlight took a nice bath in the 22 degree Celsius water.
Me and Synthia mostly walked around in the water and collected dead fishes that we put in a nice row in the sand. We found 9.


Then we got back to the house for a coffee break at 13:30 with grandpa and had last nights blueberry cupcakes me and the kids made with the blueberries from the garden. Very nice, grandpa said.
We gave him 2 bags for the freezer as well :)

I posed for "Goth outfit of the day" and grandpa just "-Ehh, what are you doing?" Haha! I told him I wanted to include him in the picture since he is an internet celeb now. He thought that was funny :)

Then my cool and sweet uncle and his lovely family arrived back from their boat trip so we went down to greet them.


After dinner we served a strawberry cake we made together. It was lovely I might add. It almost tasted like a cloud :)
I served it with a rum and chocolate sauce to ripple on top. Most delightful! I wanted to use an Amaretto liquor instead, but rum worked lovely with the strawberries.


Now I'm in the car on my way home.
I have a smile on my lips because it was so nice meeting them all again, the weather was perfect and the kids had fun. This Goth mum is very contempt.

Tuesday: Follow up

After arriving to Kalmar yesterday, my old hometown, I bought some checkered floor to my small hall, then we went to my "syssling" (my mums cousins kid) Linda, who owns the popular Cafe house "Fik & Butik" (Coffee and Curiosa) in Rockneby.
We wanted to go to her shop, but she was closed so we got an invitation to their wonderful home where I cuddled their ridge back HUGE and friendly dog, their 17 hens and they kept 3 beehives as well, but I didn't cuddle the bees.
We were served wonderful, home baked strawberry pie and cupcakes and shortbreads.

I totally recommend everyone who's got the way pass Kalmar on the E22, driving north, to stop in Rockneby for a homemade cake!
And I'm not saying that to be partial!

Goth on the road

On my way to my mum and her husband in Drag, Kalmar. My cute grandfather Harry will swing by too, he only lives about 25 meters from her house.

Ouch! I bent down and my husband opened the bathroom cabinet, took out a few things, went away and I stood up.
BANG! AHHHHH!
It hurted so much I started to cry ( see, I'm not made of stone!).
I screamed and cried so much the kids ran to comfort me.
As I removed my hand there was loads of blood! Lovely!
Of course prior one was to take a picture of the whole thing to show you :)

TeeBee almost went into shock saying; I've never seen mum cry before, this is the first time! Haha!
And Fairlight replied she'd seen me cry once - when they had been very naughty.
By this you can come to two conclusions:
1. I don't cry that often.
2. My kids are rarely naughty.
(and 3. I'm a klutz.)

Went to the damn "Kastellet" (the castle) had a sandwich then back on the bikes to find a new location to have the cookies at with the castle in the background.

My family decided today is a good bike tour day. I think no day is a good day for a bike tour, but 4 to 1 made me today's looser.

I went for my tennis outfit today, not that I play or anything (that would be stupid).
I do like to look as I do sports...but I don't think hunting and doing other things with humans qualifies as a sport?
Next Olympics; Run 200 meters, hit a skull with a bat and suck dry a human? Goth triathlon?

It says "Rude Girl" on my shirt. Mohahahaaa!

Goth festival ahead

With only 3 weeks left for this M'era Luna festival in Hildesheim, Germany (Hanna, Raven, Sinja, Colin, Lotte, Evert, Ryan and the Italians and so on - will we meet you?) I'm getting a bit stressed out over the outfits. My God - what to wear??!

Me and my sister will not even try to be fabulous, because at German goth festivals that is near impossible. The people are super cool. We can only hope to look okay at the best.
Can one make the tooth fairy make me a dress?

Looking through some modelling shoots for goth alternative shop X-tra-X made me wanting a few things from them... This veil was so cute (not for M'era Luna, but for every-day-casual-wear), and the skirt was very comfy.

Sunset de lux

Since I so often share my lovely view, not to brag but to lighten people's life up, I now must share one of my sunsets.

Since I'm a hopeless romantic me and my gorgeous husband stands together and sigh as we watch the sunsets together.

We have decided it's for us the sky is so beautiful every night.

The colors are just crazy sometimes and my HTC phone doesn't make it justice.

Heart in the butt

Many, maaaany weeks ago we attended the Cat Show in Kalmar, a town 1 hour drive away.
Cats to the left and the right made me bit delusional and although I've had my butt on the lovely heart chair my husband got from me on our wedding day most of the day I still forgot it at the cat show!
Apparently the human body have no memory in the butt.

I called the show and to my luck there was a lady from my town also at the cat show and she was nice enough to bring it home with her.

She's a breeder for Bengal cats as well so it will be a real treat to visit her on Friday :)

Strawberry time

After a hard day at mum-work I get my reward; strawberries and whipped cream (and a ton of sugar since I always find those red things too sour).

Killing at the zoo fits my shoe

Family packed in the SAAB 95 Aero Sport Combi and are rolling to Öland, and the animal/ amusement park there.
A full day of annoying fun, uber-cute animals, grandma Birgit 's sausage and potato salad in the bag and well behaved kids as a big ice cream spender for a husband makes it perfect.
I, of course, would rather stayed inside in my batcave all day, perhaps read about business economy or continue on my book for kids.
Fun?! Humbug!
My fun reference is not doing amusement things, but lately there have been people in Sweden eaten by both wolves and tigers in zoo's so I might be in luck and be presented with something more up my alley!

Now I'm almost there but I'm gonna take a break to do my mental training and then eat something before it's shoot time.

Make up in process

I'm doing a shoot for Noxhyde today, with the lovely cat ears from the designer.
The weather is perfect. Just crossing my fingers it won't start raining before I'm done prepping myself for the shoot.

Adora App

Try not to faint now - but for about a week I've had a NEW goth make up tutorial uploaded at my youtube account, but not published yet!

I'm trying to make an App to go with this video, and tomorrow it seems I will have it done and will be able to publish the goth make up tutorial as well.
