My body seemed to cope well, I only lost a finger ;)
Chillin´ in the hot bubble bath
It was a hard job to act like I had a marvellous time, but I think my acting skills were outstanding! I laughed at the right places, didn't worry if my face got wet. I even took a ride at the water-chute by myself (without a child on my lap) just to make it look real! Now I'm just waiting for a call from Tim Burton...
Our sweethearts filling up with my freshly baked cinnamon cupcakes and chocolate cupcakes
Thank you my wonderful family for giving me such a fun day. I loved every second <3
And a special thank to
Gore Göttin who said...

ReplyDeleteAdora, you rock. Your gorgeous kids always look so happy. That's the mark of an awesome mama <3
ReplyDeleteMy respect level for you just went up...you and your family seem like a real genuine family, which is refreshing to see!
ReplyDeleteAdora, just wondering, pretty please if you could do a tutorial of how you got your make up water resistant?? Living in Australia, I do unfortunatly have to brave the *gasp* beach sometimes, and it'd be nice to keep my gothiness whilst pretending to enjoy exposure to the sun. :P
ReplyDeleteThe size of the smiles on your children makes it look like it was worth it!
ReplyDeleteaw I can't wait until I get to take my own kid to a water park I used to love them as a kid
ReplyDeleteAwwww you're too cute adora! hehe Glad u had a good time
ReplyDeleteYou are gorgeous. Best mum ever :)
ReplyDelete@ The Green Fairy - water resistant make-up? Nawh, it's Adora's Super Goth Powers. ^^
ReplyDeleteThat video was very, very cute. x3 I bet you scared the crap out of some straight-and-proper families....a job well done. And come on, Adora....water slides are the same as fairy bread and jumping castles: Fun, no matter how old you are.
ReplyDeleteIt's so inspiring and great to see people who stay true to them selves. Especially if you swim in alternative waters. Everyone expect of you to "grow up"...People see me after all these years after high school and say "Oh you still have the same style, U haven't changed a bit" .. I'm glad to see that you've managed to accomplish so much and still be yourself, and so happy and fulfilled..You are a breath of fresh air.And you gave me proof that we don't have to bow under society's pressure and be "normal" to accomplish something.
ReplyDeleteHold to your pants world! Goth is the new black!
@ultimategothguide: Naww damnit! I want gawth powers >.<
ReplyDeleteI got soooo exited! when you mention me!! I tear up!! and mess up my make up..oh no wait, it actually looks good!! hehe anyway, am sooo glad you had a great (undercover)time ;)
ReplyDeleteAnd I do have a tip for not looking a complete white creep on the water I draw my eyebrows and take a little bit of hair spray on my finger and I apply it over my drawn eyebrows! taking care of not gettin it on my eyes!! and It does! work! my beautiful goth eyebrows are still there! babies are no longer crying when they stare! heheh I dont know if it damages skin though.
kisses! adora!! ♥
@ulimategothguide & @adora: can we please get this goff powers bottled and distrubuted to the international market??
ReplyDeleteLiving in Australia, it rains one minute and the heat is umbrearable the next >.< God help me, green fairy and our make up
