Making marzipan chickens

Fairlight turns 6 on Monday, so I'm up to my lace gloves in flour, powdered sugar and butter. I will make 7 different kinds of cookies (it's a tradition in Sweden).
I have made a bunch of cute little chickens to decorate some cookie or perhaps the cake with. Usually I like my chickens dead and on a plate, but this is kind of fun to. Pip piiip. It will make me feel like a giant when I crush them between my teeth. Mo-ha-ha-haa!

    Are you kidding me? How can you EAT that??? This is WAY Too Cute!! all the little ducks brothers and sisters would start crying when they´d watch me eating them up!

    Du har ju sådan energi! 7 sorters kakor är ungefär 4 sorter för mycket :o)) Men någon gång har jag salgit till med alla 7. Söt tös du har! Hon ser så otroligt glad ut ♥ Trevlig helg!

    You should make a little sugar-glass 'lake' (like a creme brulee) for them to 'swim' in! So cute!

    is Fairlight hair bleached? It seemed to me she had a darker hair color!
