Montignac Method: Dinner tips
Here you can see how easy it is to change to the Montignac way of eating!
I make my own hamburgers (minced meat, an egg, salt, pepper and a lot of other spices I don't know the English name for - no pre-blends!).
The kids eat it with burger bread, cheese and French fries, tomato and stuff.
We exchanged the bread, cheese and Ff with grilled mushrooms, paprika, ruccola, tomato, onion. In Montignac you can eat as much as you want to. Since you eat "right" you will still loose weight.
But don't forget - 1/2-1 apple/pear/orange or likewise 20 minutes before every meal to avoid that sugar craving after.
Loose weight, not the fun of eating! And not the sense.... By that I mean - to just stop eating kills your brain, inner organs and your looks. I promise I eat like this (and do not throw up afterwards) , and you can all see how I look. Slender. Wanna be skinny? Do it my way - by eating! Love <3

I've not heard of that way of eating before, it sounds really interesting so I will look into it :)
ReplyDeleteI started it two weeks ago. <and I love it. I never thought that so little changes could work so fantastic. So thank you Adora for being a role modell for me.
It looks delicious!
ReplyDeleteHi Adora,
ReplyDeleteI am diabetic and I have binge eating disorder, so I really need to get healthy.
May I ask how long you have been eating this way, and what does your doctor say about it?
Thanks,
Stephanie
I don't want to be skinny at all. It looks tasty anyway.
ReplyDeleteAdora darling!
ReplyDeleteI started this method and gave already lost weight!

I started the Montignac method 10 months ago and I've managed to lose 23 kg. I'm really happy and I eat a lot more than I used to!
ReplyDeleteThank you Adora for introducing me to Mr. Montignac
I love reading your tips on Montignac! I'm pretty slim, but I want to be thin like you without going back to my anorexic ways that took up a lot of my life before.
ReplyDeleteI've been trying to eat according to Montignac by following the advice on your blog and cutting sugar/white flour/wheat feels really good :) Maybe it's overkill but I bought one of the books, too, to get more information.
You are so sweet and such an inspiration. I look at your blog every day ^-^detalin
wow, this is probably why you still look so young! it's just all the healthiness you put in your body by the way you eat!
ReplyDeletei think i will switch to this method too. i have gained soooooo much weight. like more than 10 kg and i have serious stomache and digestion issues, so i hope it will help me.
thank you for sharing!
Hi Adora!
ReplyDeleteI have been thinking that for a while. In Montignac you aren't allowed to eat fat and carbonhydrates at the same time, right? But what do you use when you bake the meat, eggs and so on? Don't you use any oil or fat?
I've been thinking to start this eating habit, inspired by you! :) Kisses!
Hi Adora!
ReplyDeleteI'm 5' 6.5", and until I was 17, was a steady 105lbs and happy with it. What happened then? Well, I went on my birth control and the nasty pill made me put on a whole 14 lbs in just one month! Oh no!
I know it sounds silly to be hung up over it, since I'm still pretty slim, but I'm almost 20 now, and feel unhappy. Yes, I'm still only just a healthy BMI, but fundamentally I don't like this extra weight. On top of it, I feel really terribly unhealthy and want to adopt a better diet, since I come from an Italian background of cheese, white pasta and more cheese.
Do you think that Montignac would be suitable for me? Is it okay for losing weight even if you're a little on the small side already?
Many thanks! Best wishes from the UK! :)
