Depending on your inner temperature they might need some more yeasting. They should about double in size.
|After 30-45 minutes yeasting "the professioonal way" (in OFF oven |
with a pot of boiling water at bottom) your buns are HUGE!
|Brush them lightly with egg mixture (1 egg, 1 tablespoon of water and ½ teaspoon of salt).|
Pour on heavily with pearl sugar.
|Toss them in your oven.|
