Montignac examples

According to the Monticnac Method the lunch should be the days fattest meal. Eat as much as you want. Here's a few examples:

Minced meat beefs, fresh spinach with grilled pears and crumbled blue cheese

Boiled and fried cauliflower with tomato, cummin, chili and curry, mushrooms, ruccola and hot sausage with high meat content.

Ruccola, green olives, cucumber, fried sausage and red onion. Rye bread with philadelphia and fried egg.

Friday lunch: oven baked paprika, onion, mushroom and pear, fillet of beef with black pepper, cream sauce with gorgonzola served with ruccola (and wine).

Todays craving

I don't know if anyone noticed, but I have a flair for lace stockings.
It started when I as a young Adora looked at old black and white movies with Marlene Dietrich, Veronica Lake, Rita Hayworth and Shelley Winters. All those dotted, striped and lace stockings showed in the "dress-up scene" made me drool.

(They had to make it a dress-up scene since the other way around was known as stripping. But starting in your unmetionables and ending with a gala dress was fine...)

Since then I have far to many lace stockings. I tend to go for the ones that lasts a bit longer depending on clinging kids and cats that constantly lays in my lap. But I also love sheer stockings.

My current "Wanna have's" is from Wolford's 2011 collection.
I might just buy them, but I wouldn't dare to wear them! One kid or one claw and it's ruined and will have to be degraded to german stockings (ripped stockings).

One thing that's very practical with lace stockings is that blood splatter doesn't show that much, it just seems to be a part of the stocking. Very practical when you have a killer hobby that sometimes makes the headlines the next day ;)

Todays outfit

Many have asked about my "light" clothing, and if it's not cold in Sweden? It is cold in Sweden, but we DO have radiators! When I go out I obviously wear a jacket and if it's below zero I wear legwarmers on my knees.

Blouse: an old homemade, skirt and stockings H&M, necklace chains Lindex, necklace heart from London.

Montignac bread

Today I baked an easy bread, a bread you can eat when at Phase 2 (and even in Phase 1 if you've got not so much extra weight) in Montignac.

Don't be square bread
50 g yeast
7 dl water or milk
2 tablespoons of oil

5 dl fibre enriched oatmeal
2 dl rye flour
1 dl crushed rye
1 dl linseed or sunflower seed
2 teaspoons of salt
5 dl sifted rye flour
3 dl graham flour

Heat up the milk/water to 37 degrees Celcius. Add oil and yeast.

Mix all the dry ingredients in a kitchen aid and add the yeast mix. Let the machine work for about 5 minutes, then put the dough in a hot spot with a towel on top to yeast for 30 minutes.

Flatten it out to about 30x40 cm in a pan. Mark up 16 pieces with a knife.
Stab every bit with a fork. (Paint with water and stick some extra oatmeal on top.)
Let yeast in a hot spot another 30 minutes before you throw it into a 225 degrees Celcius hot oven. In the middle for about 20-25 minutes. BE AWARE - if it's in for too long it will be a bit to hard.

Break in pieces and eat with Philadelphia, ham, cheese and tomatoes/fried egg, tomatoes, leek...

Todays outfit

My hair is freshly bleached, and I have to go like this for a week before I have the time to color it in a new color. I hate being "just white" again. Yeah, the color came out alright, but I feel sooooo boring.

And why the hell do I wear so little make up? Easy answer, I'm shooting later, and am not sure on how to look.

And I better answer this before all the questions comes: I used Jane Hellen Ultrablond (bleaches 6 nuances), and then I added a dash of Violet and a dash of Silver to my conditioner to get rid of the yellow stick.

I now have a perfect color to make any color come out perfectly. Now it's time to choose one. I will go for a new color this time :)

Ungaro Fall 2011 Paris Fashion Week

I really loved the Ungaro Fall 2011, especially the lace dresses with the latex collars. Sheer genius!
Lace and latex fits us goths like a slaughtered horse in a glue factory every time.
But don't you think the models is a bit too skinny? Well, I like to look like this myself...but I can almost guarantee they don't eat according to Montignac...

Todays make up

This week I had a green day on Wednesday, and some kind of pink line for my happy Friday :)

Right now I'm bleaching my roots :) My head itches like crazy! I started a bit late, so I won't have the time to color it today. I have to live with the boring white color for a week :(

TeeBee's best comment of the day: "-Last night the Devil came to my room and patted my hair." -Why you think that, I asked? "-I don't think it, it really happened, because look at my hair, it didn't look like this when I went to sleep. He obviously messed it up."
Hahahaha. And his strange thought about the Devil was because they asked what the Devil was, and I tried to be a good Christian and tell them. But apparently I made them think he messes little boys hair when they sleep :D

Lashes

I get asked a lot about the long lashes I usually wear.
I wear Kryolan 9374. I like them generally because I can have them on a whole day without noticing them.

The hair is attached to a very flexible silicone string which allows them to fit perfectly.

I've had the same model for years just because I'm so pleased with them. And when they get old and doesn't look as good I just cut them up and use them for effects :)

Unfortunately I can't wear lashes too often because I easily get allergic. The adhesive I have right now (DUO) is good though, but I don't wanna jinx it by using it too often.

Nothing makes a perfect make up look so good as pretty lashes.

Lovely crowns

Right now I'm on the job to find sweet and original crowns to put in my web shop.
A difficult work I can tell you! Often when I find one, there is only one - and I want that for myself.
I love wearing crowns, but I need to find pretty and original enough to sell. Here's a few pretty ones, but I'm looking for more silver..
But I would still wear every single one of them at any day..

I'm mad!

Another day with the puke playing ping pong with my uvula.

At one point or another when you are sick you start to get really angry with the virus. I've had no make up on since Thursday. I'm so mad I could explode right now! Leave me the hell alone!!! Or as the beautiful swedish Greta Garbo would have said with her cool, dark voice in a slow matter "-I waaan't to be alooooone" (although sources says she never said that at all..).

At least I'm still putting in as much vitamines and minerals as I can even if I can't eat much. But some broccoli, meat and crisp bread made it down to my bowels. I could hear my tummy yelling at them all the way down to my ass. It was under a LOT of protest it made the whole way down there without Mr Stomach throwing them out. But the puke is never far away *burp*

But since I'm having the energy to be mad I must be on my way to recovery - whihoooo!!!

Unhappy Saturday

With the puke hanging on the doorknob all day and a body doing the hippie hippie shake by itselves, and a movement like Nosferatu this is by far my most unhappy Saturday ever.

I've tried eating, but everything just makes my tummy do somersaults.
The only good thing about this norovirus is that my skin color is even paler :)

Norovirus sucks

All day in bed with a tight grip on my puke bucket and Porsche (my cat) laying under the cover on my legs making me sweat. I do NOT feel glamorous at all.
My hair is like wire wool and my body eaches like crazy.
I feel so weak.
I can only drink, and at least I could drink some minerals in a fluid replacement earlier without puking.
My whole family had the same virus, but I got it worst :(

Vomits

My whole family is down!
The night between Tuesday to Wednesday Fairlight puked like 10 times. And until today everything was happy.
Then at 20:00 Synthia puked, 21:00 my husband puked, and 22:30 TeeBee puked all over himself, the floor and the bed linen. And at 23:15 my turn had come.

Me and my husband puked at the same time even. Thank God we have 2 toilets!
I have no fever (yet), but I have the sensation of a puke lurking about..
I can tell you this: puking chili nuts is not that nice.

Nordic Fabric Fair

I went to bed 23:00 Tuesday, "slept" until 03:00, then I had to get up to get ready to jump on a train 04:44 this morning.

I say "slept" because Fairlight got "vinterkräksjukan" (= norovirus) and puked like 10 times that night. It was like the Homer Simpson incident when he had to work double jobs so Lisa could have a horse. He just touched the pillow when the alarm clock went off and he had to get up again. That's what I felt like...

The train took me to the Nordic Fabric Fair in Borås to find all those beautiful laces and chiffons I've been looking for to my own designs. It was a very good day! I've met lots of nice fabric agents that was very nice and helped me, as the un-experienced fabric dealer I am ;)

I still missed out on a few fabrics, but I found many that made my heart jump!

And one of Swedens most famous designers, Karin Säby, was there buying fabrics as well. The ex-model looks gorgeaous in real life!

So if you see girls looking like I did today on her next show, and with a white bow on the butt ( I had a white bow on my skirt at the ass) you know where she got it ;)

Aprons

One of my more secret vampire skills is to make aprons.
Since I'm often in the kitchen slaughtering some freshly hunted meat I go through lots of aprons every week. This may perhaps be a bit wierd, but I like to make them out of towels (new ones).
My grandma used to make me aprons like this:

and I just loved the style ever since.
I just take a towel (sometimes I cut out parts for the ribbon), fold it to crinkles, sew it to a thick ribbon and then add some lace or bows where needed. They turn out so cute! Sometimes I even do some screenprints on.
Here's a few inspirations I found online:

I've bought me some real 50's aprons at auctions just because I like the feeling. I'm such a house wife in my heart. And I love it!
Since I always (almost) wear short skirts I need to have short aprons, and towel apron's the best for that :)
I'm a member in a 18'th society club and during parts of the 18'th century apron was worn by both the plebs and the high society. But for the high society it was more of a fashion item, and often made of sheer materials.

Surgery

My first pregnancy made my belly button pop out *ugh*

My natural hair color showing. As you can see, an ordinary brown color. Here with my (now deseased)purple tortie point siamese Fefferonia Felicia.

It resulted in a navel hernia. But they couldn't perform surgery on it until my bith giving days were over, so I had to wait until we decided we had enough kids :)

I trained hard to get a nice tummy before the surgery and brought big "before pictures" of my navel to the doctor.
Usually this small hernia is performed with a Laparoscopic surgery, but NO, I got the butcher from the local slaughter house to carve my insides out.
It just pissed with blood after! And the pain!
After a few weeks I could remove the patch and you can just imagine my shock since I didn't know he made such a long scar. I think I cried for a day when seeing this pig snout staring back at me. And I who even told him to be extra careful since I'm a model :(

Aaany who; since then I've had problems with it. Don't know what it is, but everytime I wear something fitted over it I get horrible pain after a few hours. It's like someone pushes a needle into my navel. You can just imagine my pain when wearing a corset all day at the M'era Luna festival...
Even when I do situps, so I haven't done any for some time now...so now my back problems are back (I need to do situps because of a bad back).
It's a catch 22.

But a couple of weeks ago I went to a new doctor because I can't live like this - I need to be able to wear corsets! And now he called and said he'd try to open me again and cut a bit. It might or might not work, but I'm willing to give it a try! He said it's because I don't have any fat around my navel. Haha, so I can either fatten up or do a new surgery?

1. I have all my products listed at my homepage...but it's been hacked lately and is about to be fixed.
   But to maintain a nice skin over the years you of course need to be thorough and also clean it good.
   For night: a cheap cleansing milk, Nivea face wash, then L'Oreal cleansing tonic. Protect & Perfect no 7 and then a fat night cream from the Pharmacy (is to be used for kids bottoms).
   Morning: Nivea face wash and then make up.
2. I'm guessing a bit better then today- and hopefully more of my own designs! But I've been wearing the same short skirts and puffed blouses since 1984 so I have no hope of ever changing..
3. No. 3 kids is perfect! But IF TeeBee had turned out to be a girl as well I would have kept it opened because I really wanted a boy. But now I've got my 2 princesses and my prince so I'm all settled.
4. I've never had a rolemodel but the 80's was full with beautiful people to look at, but as I grew up I was fascinated by the looks of Boy George, Cindy Lauper, Nina Hagen, Annie Lennox and Cicciolina. Their old pictures still inspires me.



    5.     After the "ordinary" school I went to two different art-schools. Then I've studied business economy and a whole lot more random stuff.

    6.    Pink!!!!! I LOVE pink and if I didn't wear black all the time I sure would look like a Barbie pig <3
